At Jordan Family Church, we believe that water baptism is a beautiful, public declaration of a believer’s faith in Jesus Christ. It is a vital next step for anyone who has made the decision to follow Him—a physical representation of being buried with Christ in His death and raised to walk in newness of life.

Why Should I Be Baptized?
Obedience to Christ: Jesus commanded His disciples to go and make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19).
Public Testimony: It is a way to openly share the life-giving gospel and tell your church family, "I have decided to follow Jesus."
A Sign of New Life: Going under the water symbolizes the washing away of the old life; coming out of the water symbolizes your new life in Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit.

We regularly host a baptism celebration once every year at special outdoor church gathering in the community.
